Mixers need to be customized according to the different cases, the cases are as below:

1. Agglomerated material larger than 5mm is contained in the raw material
2. Bulk density of the raw material bigger than 3kg/l
3. Materials that are easy to get damp and not allowed to be exposed to the atmosphere, the mixer need to be vacuumized or negative pressure
4. Fill compressed air to the mixer barrel, and keep the pressure
5. Material with a large friction coefficient, mixer need to do a special Wear-resistant surface treatment
6. Material is not allowed to contact with the metal surface during mixing process
7. Mixer need to be heated up to 200 Celsius degree
8. Heavy duty (loading material into mixer before turning on it) is required.

Characteristics:

A: Good effect.

JB series Ribbon Blender with double ribbon has two ribbon inside. The outer ribbon make the material move from the sides to the center, and the inner ribbon moves the material from the center to the sides. So the material in the U-tank will get the complete mixing.

B: High efficiency.

JB series Ribbon Blender  with double ribbon can make the material mixed with higher speed. Generally, the material will be completely mixed in 15 to 20 minutes.

C: No material deposit and without dead angle when mixing.

Under the bottom of the tank, there is a flap dome valve (pneumatic control or manual control) of the center. The valve is arc design to make sure no material deposit and no dead angle when mixing. There is a lid and fence on the top of the tank. It seals the tank well, so that no powder will come out during mixing.

D. Durable & stable.

All the material of this JB series Ribbon Blender is made of Stainless Steel 304. At the same time, we can provide SUS 316 material type. JB series Ribbon Blender is with CE certificate.

E. Costmized design

1). We have different size from 300L to 30000L,and we can design a special type to meet your need.

2). On the top of the U Shape tank there is an entrance for material. It can be also designed or add liquid device according the customer's needs.

3). This mixer also can be designed to cool or heat the powder inside. We can add a layer outside the tank to form an inter layer. We can fill water or steam to heat or cool the materials in the tank.

4). We can add a auto spraying shower on the top to meet your special need.
